This was our first event. Boy were we nervous. The trip out itself was an adventure. The on-car GPS (we were lucky enough to take CN’s Lexus) first took us WAY out of our way. By the time we realized it we had to backtrack
Next the GPS had us go off Highway 58 which ended in a dead end and no way back to the freeway. We were lost in Mojave. With plenty of food and gasoline we weren’t too worried though - we’d just be later arriving
